ThriftBite End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs your use of the ThriftBite mobile application. It supplements the ThriftBite Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. License

ThriftBite grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application on devices you own or control, subject to applicable app-store rules and these terms.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the application except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

3. Accounts and Marketplace Services

The application provides access to ThriftBite marketplace services. Marketplace purchases concern physical food/products and are governed by the Terms of Use, vendor terms presented in the transaction, and applicable law.

4. Third-Party Services

Some features depend on third-party authentication, payment, maps, messaging, delivery, push-notification, or AI services. Availability of those features may depend on the relevant third-party service.

5. Updates and Termination

We may update the application for security, compatibility, reliability, or feature changes. This license ends when you delete the application or when your right to use it is terminated under the Terms of Use.
